Cancellation Details
A minimum of 24 hours is standard for cancellations to avoid penalties.
Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours, you may be charged a fee.
No-Show Policy: If the driver arrives and the passenger is not there, the full trip cost or a significant penalty may be charged.
Deposits: a 50% deposit, which is lost if cancelled late.
